Hardy - A wedding of community interest took place Sunday when Alice May Overholt of Eagle Grove became the bride of Lee Krutsinger of Hardy. Miss Overholt is the oldest daughter of Mr. & Mrs. J. I. Overholt of Eagle Grove and Mr. Krutsinger is the only son of Mrs. Hattie Krutsinger of this place.

The wedding took place beneath an arch beautifully decorated in blue and white with cream half-blown roses and sweet peas beautifully arranged. The single ring ceremony was preformed in the presence of only immediate relatives, with the Rev. W. G. Muhlman, Pastor of the Methodist Church, Eagle Grove, officiating. The bride's attendant was Miss Barbara Westerfield of Des Moines and the best man was Robert Foley of Des Moines. The bride was gowned in light blue organdy and carried a bouquet of cream roses. Her attendant was dressed in a gown of yellow flat crepe.

Immediately after the ceremony a three-course wedding dinner was served by the brides' parents. Those present at the dinner in addition to the bridal party were Mrs. Hattie Krutsinger and daughters Cordelia and Bertha, the Rev. and Mrs. W. G. Muhlman, Mr. and Mrs. J. I.
