WOMAN IS DROWNED FELL FROM BOAT WITHIN FEW FEET OF SHORE Husband prostrated and is in Serious Condition - The Fourth Drowning Mrs. Alice Milstead was drowned in the Little Kanawha river, a short distance above the Juliana street bridge, yesterday afternoon about three o'clock. It was thought her heart was beating faintly after she was taken from the water, but when the physicians arrived she had been dead for some minutes and all efforts to resuscitate her were without avail.
