Together they had the following children: Addie Thaney Graham; Glad Sandell; Ralph Sandell; Gladys Sandell; Julia S Rayburn; Bertha Mae Spears; Elias Monroe Sandell; Tyron Leon Sandell; Floyd Chester Sandell; Ester Lee Sandell.

She died on March 5, 1943 in Vernon Parish, Louisiana, United States and was buried in Mitchell Cemetery, Anacoco, Vernon Parish, Louisiana, United States.
