(Note: "The Lizard" is also known as Landewednack, Cornwall).

The death occurred on Thursday of Mr. Sidney Smith, of Railway-street, Granville. Mr. Smith, who was in his 78th year, was a native of Essex (England), but had resided in N.S.W. for 69 years.
For many years lived at Harris Park. Mr. Smith was married twice, and is survived by a widow and an adult family of two sons and two daughters.
The funeral is arranged for this afternoon to leave from his residence Elma, Railway St Parramatta, to the Church of England cemetery, Rookwood.
