  • Birth: unknown
  • Death: unknown

Henry Stevens married (1) By 1635 Alice _____. (On 2 July 1635, "Alice Steevens," aged 22, was enrolled at London as a passenger for New England on the Abigail. Note that this was the same day that Henry Stevens boarded a different vessel.)

They had five children: John, James, Joseph, Deborah Wedge, & Deliverance Dewing.

The first record for this family in Boston was on 26 July 1641, when Henry Stevens was granted land at Mount Wollaston. The births of the first three children of Henry Stevens were late-recorded by the Boston town clerk with the vital records gathered for the years 1643 through 1646, together with the birth of the fourth child, born within this recording period. Likewise, the three eldest children were baptized as a group, shortly after their mother was admitted to Boston church.
