Mrs. Alma Otto, 92, of Iowa City, died Friday after a long illness.

Private graveside services will be Monday morning at Oakland Cemetery with the Rev. David B. Stout officiating. Friends may call the Donohue Mortuary beginning Sunday noon.

Mrs. Otto was born Nov. 9, 1878, daughter of H. Bruce and Sophronia Wiggins Moffitt. She was married to Ralph Otto, a former district judge in Iowa.

She was a graduate of Iowa City Academy and Iowa City Business College and taught schools near North Liberty.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Christine O. Jones of Bridgeton, Mo., and Mrs. Florrest Linder of Chapel Hill, N.C., a son, Max of Iowa City; five grandchildren; one half-brother, Gilbert Moffitt of Harbor, Ore.; a step-brother, Oliver Shobert of Adair, and a nephew, Howard Moffitt of Iowa City.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1928, a brother and a step-brother.
