Alvin Richard Harrison, 71, of 945 S. 7th E., Salt Lake City died Nov. 24 in Salt Lake hospital from a heart attack.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Nov. 27 at 2 p.m. in the Deseret Mortuary chapel with Bishop Harold Eldredge conducting. Invocation, Robert Bruening; vocal duel, "Beyond the Sunset"'; speaker, Alvin Anderson; trombone solo, "O, My Father", Rollo Willson. Speaker, Bishop Joseph Wirthlin; vocal duet, "Going Home"; benediction, William Da Ruel; dedication of the grave in Bountiful Memorial Park, Robert Bruening.

Alvin Richard Harrison was born April 27, 1892 in Bountiful to Charles T. and Sarah Worvill Harrison. He was a member of the LDS Church.

Survivors: two sisters, Mrs. Harriet H. Wise, Mrs. Esther H. Anderson, both of Salt Lake City.
