His wife Marie-Madeleine Niel whom he had treated badly, was deceased, and his children Maria Elizabeth Migaùlt and Johannis Stefanùs Migaùlt were to be parented and cared for by their uncle Estienne Niel and by their uncle-by-marriage Andreas Grovè"
