Veteran of WW I. Born at New Cadiz FL, fishing village west of south St. Pete FL and east of Gulfport/Disston City FL. one of my Grandfathers older brothers born at New Cadiz, FL. Andrews father William M. Roberts was born in Key West and raised in St. Petersburg and the Gulfport FL area. His mother Virginia YOUNG Roberts was born in New Orleans and moved to Hillsborough County FL in the 1880s.
Along with my Grandfather Percy Lidden, the other siblings are Christopher, Walter Milton, Frederick, William C.,Lewis, W.,Bennie S., and one sister Carrie Roberts Davidson.
Active member of American Legion POST 14 in St. Petersburg FL.
