In the name of God Amen I Andrew Willson of Said State and County being of advanced age and knowing that I must Shortly depart from this world, deem it Right and proper both as respects myself and those with whom I have to do that I Shoul make a disposition of the property with which A Kind providence has blessed me I therfore make this my last Will and testament hereby revoking and annulling all other made by me

Item first - I desire and direct that my body be buried in A decent and Christian like manner that is to Say in the Same Stile of that of my Son James L. Willson, now buried near my residence Also the Grave of my wife Elizabeth F. Willson to be finished in the Same Stile if not done in my life time

Item 2nd I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executors hereinafter named as I am unwilling my creditors Should be delayed of their Right Especially as there is no necessity for delay.

Item 3rd I give and devise to my Nephew John G.? Bird? provided the said John should Remain with those hereinafter named and be as one of the family Also the Children that is now in being and those that may hereafter be of my Nephew Joseph P. Bird and my niece wife of said Joseph P. namely Sarah Ann Bird All of my personal property of whatsoever description that I may die possessed of

Item 4th I constitute and appoint my Nephew Joseph P. and my friend Henry B. Gober Executors to this my last Will this August 18th 1869
