Obituary published by The Patriot Ledger on August 25, 2007: KABISAITIS Ann (Brundza), 89, formerly of West Yarmouth and Vero Beach, FL, died on Friday at the Life Care Center of the South Shore in Scituate where she had been a resident for 4 years. Ann was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised and educated in Hartford, CT. She was enployed by Royal Typewriter before marrying and later worked at State Mutual Life Assurance Co. in Worcester while raising her family in Shrewsbury. Ann was a talented craftswomnan as well as a wonderful baker and had a collection of cookbooks. She was proud of her Lithuanian heritage and was a member of various groups throughout her life. Beloved wife of the late Alphonse Kabisaitis, she is survived by her loving daughters Carol Kabisaitis of Braintree and Joan Savarese married to Ralph of Weymouth. She also leaves her beloved grandsons, Jeffrey married to Melanie, Andrew and Brian Savarese and great-grandson Nathan, all of CA. Arrangements and burial in Athol, MA will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ann's memory may be made to "Friendship Home", 4 Pond Park Rd., Hingham, MA 02043. Fr. Home's mission provides quality respite services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Arrangements by the McDonald Funeral Homes of Weymouth.
