Ronald lives in Benacadie Glen. His first wife was Sarah, daughter of James McNeil (Ban). Issue: —one son, James R. McNeil, one of the best managers of the coal mines of Cape Breton. He is married to Mary Ann, daughter of Hugh Farrell, Merchant, Benacadie. Ronald McNeil’s second wife is Ann, daughter of Donald McNeil (Edward). Issue, one daughter Catherine, who is married to Neil R. McNeil, of Castle Bay.
