Nancy Ann Brockman was the third wife of Thomas. She was the daughter of John and Amelia Brockman, "Annie" was a consistent member of the Baptist Church, an excellent housekeeper, industrious and frugal, a congenial companion, a true helpmate.The sons and daughters were trained to habits of industry and frugality and were educated in the neighborhood school and attended worship at the neighboring churches. The men were good husband and successful farmers and the daughters good wives and excellent housekeepers.Her husband Thomas was born 31 May 1750 in Amelia County Virginia and died 27 Dec 1831 Woodruff, Spartanburg, South Carolina.
