Ann Roper

BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE:

Ann Roper, (daughter of James Roper, farmer, and Sarah Snell) was b. 1833, bapt on 9 Sept 1833 in Whitechurch Canonicorum, Dorset, England. Ann, aged 27 was living with her mother and step father in the Five Bells Inn, in Whitchurch Canonicorum, at the 1861 census; in 1865 / 66, she was a beneficiary from the estate of her Aunt Sarah Farwell Roper.
