John married Anna Mattocks in Middletown, Middlesex County, Connecticut on 9 Nov 1752. Their children (all baptized in Stratford Connecticut) are: - Anna, baptized Dec 1754 - John, baptized Apr 1757 - Samuel, baptized Dec 1759, died in the Revolutionary War - Joseph, baptized May 1761 - William, baptized Jul 1764
