About Anna Cooper Huff
No one seems to know when Anna left Sullivan Co., MO to return to the Fulton Co., IL area where she was born and where she grew up. Her death certificate says she had lived in Smithville, IL, Fulton Co., ten years prior to death. She died in 1924. Archie Cooper heard his mother relate that after Edward's death, neighbors tried to help his family out. Some of the children were taken in[to] homes for the labor they could give. Archie's father, Barney, would have been one and grew to adulthood in the John Muncy home. He eventually married John's youngest daughter, Cleo.
