Obituary
Silver Spring, Md. May 21, 1935 — Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Mary Gott, 76, who died yesterday at her home here after a long illness, will be held tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock from St. Michael's Catholic Church, Rev. T. A. Calnan officiating. Burial will be at Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville, Md.
Mrs. Gott, who was born in Dickerson, Md., was the daughter of the late Henry and Caroline Scholl. In 1883, she married Benjamin N. Gott of Poolesville, Md., living there until 17 years ago, when she moved to Washington. Following the death of her husband six years ago, she came to Silver Spring and made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Fendall Coughlan.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Caroline V. Clark of Silver Spring, and the following children: Mrs. Marion Beall of Darnestown, Md.; Thomas Gott of Washington, Mrs. Miller Cassedy of Washington, Mrs. Charles Bader of Gaithersburg, Mrs. Fendall Coughlan of Silver Spring, Richard Gott of Forest Glen, and Mrs. Leo Hayes of Washington. Thirty grandchildren also survive.
