Anna G. Ringler, 89, of 2217 Main St., Narvon, died Thursday morning at her home following a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd K. Ringler in 1993.
Born in Caernarvon Twp., she was the daughter of the late David S. and Sara Ellen Garman Weaver.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Churchtown Mennonite Church, Groffdale Conference.
Surviving are five sons: Reuben, married to Anna Martin Ringler, Denver, Alvin, married to Edna Burkholder Ringler, East Earl, Abram, married to Lena Zeiset Ringler, Narvon, Floyd W., married to Anna Mary Shirk Ringler, Narvon and David, married to Pauline Shirk Ringler, Thorp, WI; also four daughters: Florence Sauder, Terre Hill, Fannie, married to Ivan Newswanger, Woodbury, Mabel, married to Melvin Nolt, East Earl and Ella, married to Elmer Weaver, Shippensburg; 66 grandchildren; 259 great-grandchildren and a brother, David G. Weaver of Ephrata.
She was preceded in death by a son, Harvey Ringler and a son-in-law, David Sauder.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, October 24, 2005 at 9:15 AM at the home of Floyd W. Ringler with further services at 9:30 AM at the Churchtown Mennonite Church with Bishop Ben Martin officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining church cemetery. A viewing will be held at the Floyd W. Ringler home on Sunday 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM. Kindly omit flowers.
