Anna Roche

Anna Cropper was born on May 13, 1938 in Brierfield, Lancashire, England. She was an actress, known for Cromwell (1970), Emmerdale (1972) and Agatha Christie's Miss Marple: Nemesis (1987). She was married to William Roache. She died on January 22, 2007 in Tangmere, West Sussex, England.

Trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London and first acted in repertory theatre in Nottingham. From 1960, had a prolific career on television, in BBC radio plays and on the West End stage.
