About Anna Catharine Spilman
Anna Catherine Hofmann is the daughter of the first wife of John Hofmann, Anna Katharine Haeger, not the second wife, Maria Sabina Charlotta Barbara Volck. Anna Catherine was born at Germantown, present day Fauquier Co., Virginia, she married Harman Spilman around 1745 and died in Rowan Co., North Carolina after 1790.
