Mrs. Anna M Weikert, 84, widow of Charles Franklin Weikert, died of infirmities Sunday morning at 9:30 at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Lawver, Gettysburg College gymnasium apartments, where she had been living for the last eight years. Mrs. Weikert was born in Franklin Twp., a daughter of the late Andrew J and Mary Saum Lochbaum. she had resided for 40 years, before coming to Gettysburg, at her home there for nine years of this time while living with a son, Samuel R Weikert, Waynesboro R3. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Edward Kroushour, Gettysburg R5, and Mrs. Albert Lawver, Gettysburg; one son, Samuel R Weikert, Waynesboro R3; 11 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren; one step daughter, Mrs. Mary K Zepp, Gettysburg; a half brother, Lawrence Lochbaum, Dover R2; two half sisters, Mrs. Bertha L Wetzel, McKnightstown, and Mrs. Blanche Spence, Gettysburg, and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services a the Bender Funeral Home Wednesday afternoon at 2:00. Interment in Flohr's Cemetery.
