Genealogy became a passion of mine in adulthood steamed from stories from my Grandmother Sandra at the tender age of sixteen. She'd tell me stories of how she would collect the information by listening to the adults around her tell stories and she past them on to me.

She'd tell me of our strong connection to Royalty, Gypsies, African Ancestry and having Blackfoot/Blackfeet Native American Ancestors. Orally family history says a daughter married into a line of a Chief's daughter descendent of Native Ancestry of Blackfoot or Blackfeet.

Everything she ever told me I've been able to track down and substantiate on her behalf. Major box companies in my opinion are about 3,000 years off of the current admixture and completely off on my mtdna. I plan to add more of documentation and proof along the way because after all that's all that matters in the end.

My journey started when I was faced with health problems. Like most I had a tree on Ancestry and would do occasional documentation of my Ancestors. My passion came from comparing my DNA to samples of DNA of those before us,thus my love for  Archaeogenetics was born and being a DNA enthusiast. I've had two full Genomes done and have joined the All of Us Research Program to better understand the "Science" behind the data. This wraps up my first update and I'll be adding more for my future descendents if any choose to enjoy a hobby such as this...
