Recorded as written:
John Pantry Goodwin ( Hezekiah 46 Nathaniel 44 William 4 Ozias 3); baptized October 4, 1719 in Hartford, Conn.; married June 3, 1753, Ann Spencer, daughter of Obadiah. In 1783, Mr Goodwin removed to Sharon, Litchfield County and resided on a farm just north of the village where he died May 5, 1801, in his eighty second year. His widow Ann Spencer Goodwin died August 31, 1804 aged eighty.
