Anne Amy Roberts

Edward Roberts was called "Batchelor" of Merion at the time of his marriage. His wife, Anne Humphrey, was called "Spinster" of Merion. He probably removed soon after that to Gwynedd, where he was called "yeoman" at the time of his death.

• To my son Robert Roberts, a tract of 125 acres in Horseham, part of 300 acres which I bought of Joseph Fisher.
• To my wife Ann Roberts, 700 pounds in bonds of her own choice; also, all household goods and furniture.
• To my dau. Margaret Jones, the interest of 100 pounds during her natural life; if she become a widow, she is to have the principal; otherwise, it is to be distributed equally among her children by Hugh Evans.
• To my grandson Robert Evans, the 15 pounds he owes me.
• To my grandson Edward Evans, the 40 pounds he owes me.
• To my grandson Jesse Evans, the 10 pounds he owes me.
• To my grandson Hugh Evans, the 15 pounds he owes me.
• To my grandson Joshua Foulke, 5 pounds; also, a clock which I left in his father's house when he is 21.

• To my son Robert Roberts, residue of estate, he to be my sole executor
