Acknd. before Greenberry Ridgeley Stringer, J. of P. Certified as to Stringer; Alexander Mouton, Gov. of Louisiana, by the Sect. of State, Robert Carter Nicholas. 15 Feb., 1845.; Warrant 9155 was issued 12 Aug., 1846 to the heirs of Major Andrew Leitch.
