Arline died Monday, December 26, 1994, at her home in Davenport.

She married Jerome J. Schaecher in Davenport on February 18, 1939, who preceded her in death on Sep. 5, 1994.

Arline was an elevator operator and housekeeper for 18 years at the former Mercy Hospital, Davenport. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and enjoyed collecting, sports, baking, shopping and crocheting.

She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Carter, Kathy Heysinger and Marlene Otten; sons, Michael, Roger, Jeffery and Terrence; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and brother, Bert Sturm.

Services took place at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with burial in Davenport Memorial Park.
