OBITUARY:

HARRIS - Arthur L. (Buck), 74, retired farmer, died Jan. 21 in a Knoxville hospital. He was a native of Sequatchie Valley, born and reared near Whitwell, Tenn. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. K. W. Stafford, Miami, Fla.; Mrs. Victor Lamey, Long Island, N.Y.; Mrs. Jack Thurman, Omaha, Neb.; one son, Prince Edward Harris, Hixson, Tenn.; three brothers, Frank M. and C. W. Harris, Chattanooga; George H. Harris, Norfolk, Va.; two sisters, Mrs. Viston Taylor, Chattanooga, and Mrs. G. D. Danruyten, Miami, Fla. He had been a member of the Church of Christ for 50 years. Funeral Services will be held from Howard Ewton Funeral Home in Dunlap Friday at 3 p.m. EST. with Elder Bobby Jones officiating. Interment in Red Hill Cemetery near Whitwell. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
