About Arthur Hossler Hoffer
Arthur H. Hoffer, 69, Manheim R3, died unexpectedly Wednesday evening at his home. He was the husband of Edith Snyder Hoffer.
Born in Rapho Township, he was a son of the late Emanuel and Emma Hossler Hoffer. He and his wife had been married 48 years.
He worked as a farmer and was also a retired office worker with Bethlehem Steel's Lebanon office. He retired in 1980 after 29 years with the steel company. He attended the Grace Chapel, Elizabethtown.
Surviving, besides his wife are a son, Dean Hoffer, Lititz; three granddaughters, and one great-grandson. [Lancaster New Era, Lancaster, PA, March 1985]

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from The Hernley Mennonite Church, Rte 72, North of Manheim, PA, on Saturday at 2PM, with the Reverends Luke M. Weaver, Melvin W. Weaver and Leroy Bomgardner officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining Church Cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday from 12-2PM at the Church.
