Arthur Johann Walner was the Chairman of the Provisional Land Council of Estonia. In office 28 November 1917 – 13 December 1917 (N. S.). Preceded by Gustav Blumberg (Executive Committee of the Councils of Estonia). Succeeded by Eduard von Dellingshausen (Duchy of Estonia).
