<p>Educated :-</p><p>After a Period at Cork Gully in the City joined Hertfordshire Constabulary starting career in Watford as PC 210. During the Second world war joined the RAF in the rank of Flying Officer, and was a Navigator on Wellington Bombers. On return to the Police force achieved the rank of Chief Inspector prior to retirement.</p>On retirement from the policeforce, moved to Hastings and rejoined Cork Gully. Returning to Hertfordshire to live in Baldock prior to his pensionable retirement.
