About Arthur Steven Young, II
Arthur first arrived in Ta'u Manu'a from Western Samoa in 1862 when he was only 16 years old. When he was 20 yrs. old, he married Amiperia, the daughter of Taliutafa Liusa, the son of Taliutafa Lipoi, the only son of King Tupolo, (29). The reason Arthur Stephen went to Manu'a is that he accompanied his sister, Nancy, and her husband, Andrew Thompson. They were trading in the islands for the German Firm which was managed by Mr. Weber. https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:2:SGL9-VBL
