Augusta Goodeman--Mrs. Augusta Goodeman, 79 years old, wife of Theodore Goodeman, died Thursday at the home of her son, William Goodeman, in Kochville township. She was born October 5, 1843, in Germany. She came to America in 1863 and made her home in Saginaw. In 1865 she was married to Mr. Goodeman in Zilwaukee. They lived in Zilwaukee until 1882, when they purchased a farm in Kochville, which has since been the family home. She leaves her husband and six children, William Goodeman and Mrs. Lavant Ludlum, Kochville township; John Goodeman, Shelldrake, Mich.; Joseph Goodeman, Saginaw, and Theodore Goodeman and Mrs. Louis Miller, Bridgeport township.
