Barbara Yencho Adamik, 89, of Level Green, died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2007, in the Western Pennsylvania Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born June 7, 1917, in Wall, a daughter of the late George and Anna Szabo Yencho. She was a member of the Level Green Presbyterian Church. Barbara was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker to her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley J. Adamik Sr., in January 2006; a brother, George Yencho; and a sister, Ann Bazala. She is survived by her son, Stanley J. Adamik Jr. and wife, Mary Ann; three grandchildren, Stanley Adamik III, Richard Adamik and wife, Jennifer, and Daniel Adamik and wife, Lisa; and four great-grandchildren, Sydney, Andrew, Hailey and Lacey Adamik, all of Level Green; and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the JOHN M. DOBRINICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 602 Seventh St. (Route 130), Trafford, 412-372-3111. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. William P. Arnott officiating. Entombment will follow in Penn-Lincoln Memorial Park Mausoleum, North Huntingdon.
