Obituary Mr. Basil Mullican, one of the oldest citizens of this county, died yesterday at his home near Lay Hill, in the ninety-fifth year of his age, Deceased was the father of Mr. Reuben Mullican, who died after a surgical operation at Garfield Hospital about one year ago.
