Identity Beatrice May Bryan was identified by Norman Bryan as his aunt, although he is not aware of her date of birth or any marital information.

Date of Birth We can assume that Beatrice May was born after James and Ada, her parents, married. This being the case a search for Beatrice May Bryan born between 1905-1925 was conducted. Several candidates were found: 1. Beatrice May, born Q3 1907 in Aston 2. Beatrice May, born Q4 1909 in Aston (possibly 1. above died young?) ... plus several other Beatrice May Bryans born in other locations across those two decades, but these will for now be discounted.

Subsequent search of the death register for 1941 (see below) found a clear entry for Beatrice M Bryan, listing age as 31. This would place the date of birth as the latter of the two above dates, and therefore only this record is being kept.

Date of Death A memorial card is in the possession of Janet and Norman Bryan that provides date of death, and place of burial. This needs to be scanned in appropriately. A matching death index was found on genesrunited.com

Other Beatrice May Bryan (1907) It may be worthwhile obtaining the other Birth record, as this may be a sibling. Electoral Roll 1939 - Very good match to 12 Back 4 Lawley Street, with father James, brother James Edward, mother Ada Gertrude.
