Biography

Benjamin Bridgham was the fifth child and fifth son of Henry and Elizabeth (Harding) Bridgham. He was born about May 4, 1654 in Boston, and baptized on May 7.[1]

He was married to a woman named Sarah sometime after 1670.[2][3]

Benjamin joined the garrison at Wading River on September 14, 1675 during King Philip's War.[4] He was also a member of the Massachusetts Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company.[5]

Benjamin Bridgham died on November 15, 1676 at the young age of twenty-two.[6]
