Name is given as Benjamin Franklin Hill, JR. marriage license and other documents. Biological father (acknowledged on marriage licencse) was James M. Davenport (white). He is referred to as "Junior" because he was named after his uncle (his mother's brother).

Father's name on death certificate is given as "Jim Louis Hill". James Lewis was Benjamin's stepfather. Not sure why his last name was given as HILL by the informant.
