Isidor was subsequently divorced from his first wife and married a second time. Information based on original documents in archives of close family descendants, including a civil marriage certificate dated 19 March 1921, Wien, for Dr. Isidor POLLITZER & Bertha POHL in which the groom is described as "gerichtlich getrennt"- officially separated - while the bride is noted as "ledig" - single.

Marked as "mosäisch" - Jewish - on this paper (his wife Bertha is marked as "konfessionslos" - i.e. being of no particular religion), Isidor apparently subsequently converted to the Catholic faith on 10 March 1944, Wien (see below).

Bertha's birth data provided as 9 June 1877, Weisswasser, daughter of "Häusler" fRanz POHL & Frantiska, née WOLF.

Witnesses: Dr. Johann POLLITZER, "Rechtsanwalt" - lawyer - & Hugo POLLITZER, "Prokurist".

Christened to the Catholic faith. This is marked on her original death certificate in family files.
