About Bill Christopher Maynard
A WWII Veteran, Army 101st Airborne Division 506th PIR, Easy Company. One of the Band of Brothers. He received many medals including the Purple Heart and the Legion of honor from France. Survived by his wife, Rose, daughter April; stepdaughters Sandy & Stacey; daughter-in-law Sandi; 4 grandchildren, 2 gr-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his son William. Funeral Service: Divine Savior Catholic Church, Orangevale, CA., Oct 3, 2011, 10:00 a.m. A Military Funeral Honors ceremony will follow the church service at Mount Vernon's Court of Honor.
