About Braxton D. "Brock" Pollard
Braxton D. Pollard was the son of Braxton Pollard and Sarah Powers. He served in the Confederacy enlisting in Company D, 1st Northeast Cavalry Regiment Missouri. He also enlisted in Company H, 2nd Missouri Cavalry, C.S.A.
He married Mary Frances Goss, daughter of Joseph and Martha. Braxton Pollard died in Jefferson, Missouri. His death certificate lists his name as "Brockston D. Pallard" (Certificate No. 31152)
