Breina Reizel Isserlein

Her obituary was recorded in the magazine Hamagid. She was described as a woman of stellar character. She had great piety and was kind to those less fortunate. She was appreciated by everyone, the rich and the poor, the religious and less religious etc. Late in life she underwent an operation to prevent future pregnancies but had five additional children nonetheless!
