About Bridget Graf
Woodston -- Bridget (Hammerschmidt) Graf, 86, died Monday, June 15, 1992 at Hays Medical Center, Hays.
She was born July 28, 1905 in Russell County, the daughter of Anton & Anna Schmidtberger Hammersmith. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Catholic Church.
On Aug. 19, 1924 she married Sebastian Graf at Gorham. He died Aug. 1, 1963.
Survivors include two sons, Delphinus and Cletus, both of Woodston; a daughter, Anna Dreher of Gorham; a brother, Leo Hammerschmidt of Leavenworth; a sister, Katie Dauwe of Plainville; 21 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Hays, with Farther Leroy Metro presiding. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Hays Memorial Chapel, Hays. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Hays.
