On July the 4th, 1904, Bro. Burrel J. Bass fell asleep in Jesus. He was born in Jefferson county, Alabama March 3rd, 1832, being 72 yrs, 4 months and 1 day old. He waa married to Mary E. Martin January 17, 1856. Nine children were the fruits of this union; three of whom preceded him to the heavenly home.
