Administrator of CHARLES ASHTON, Gent., deced. and NATHANIELL POPE, Gent., late Guardian of NATHANIELL WASHINGTON and present Guardian to the rest ofthe Orphants of JOHN WASHINGTON, Gent., deced. ordered that ANDREW MUNROE, RICHARD WATTS, JOSEPH BAYLEY, Gent. and Mr. JOHN HORE, doe on Monday next being the 30th day of this instant Aprill meet at such place as to them shall seem meet and convenient [if they think fitt to perform the same] and adjust settle auditt determine and decide all and all manner of Accounts controversies and disputes differences matters or things whatsoever whichnow is or hereafter may happen arise or be between BURDITT ASHTON, Administrator as aforesaid and NATHANIELL POPE, late Guardian to NATHANIELL WASHINGTON and present Guardian to the rest of the Orphants ofJOHN WASHINGTON, Gent., deced., relateing to or in any wayes concerning them or any or either ofthem in their qualifycations and that they make report of their proceedings and determination therein to the next Court to be held for this County - Ordered the Court be adjourned till tomorrow morning seven of
