Capt. Joseph Hull

Captain Joseph was a representative to the General Assembly; had large business interests in Derby; was a captain of the militia. He was the great great grandfather of Commodore Isaac Hull who commanded the celebrated frigate "Constitution" - Hull

The son of Dr. John & Mary (Beach) Hull, he married first Mary Nichols on 20 Jan 1690/91 in Derby, Conn., and second Hannah Botsford in Nov. 1735 in Derby.
