"Died- On Sunday in Williamsburg, aged 44, Mr. Matthew Kemp, Clerk of the Secretary’s Office and of James City Court and an Alderman of the city. He had for several years been a Justice of the Peace and a Representative in Assembly for Middlesex County. Interred in the churchyard on Wednesday."
