Feb. 15,, 1698:: James,, A20,, marries Hepsibah Swayne,, A21,, daughter of Major Jeremiah Swayne,, a man of " distinguished services to the Colony,, in state as well as military affairs". They go on to have 9 children,, 6 boys and 3 girls.
Oct. 17,, 1711:: Mother Tabitha Kendall dies at the age of 52. She is buried at the Old Burying Ground,, Wakefield,, Mass.
Jan. 23,, 1723/24:: Wife Hepsibah Swayne dies at the age of 46.
Nov. 05,, 1724:: James,, A45,, marries the widow Hannah Osgood(Dane),, A43,, originally of Andover.
Jun. 21,, 1728:: Father John Pearson,, A78,, dies. Both a Lieutenant and a Deacon,, he willed his military arms to his sons,, to be divided equally. He bequeathed his great Bible to son James.
Circa 1732:: Purchases a large property in Haverhill,, Mass. from Nathaniel Saltonstall. It consists of the "Wainwright" house and a mill.
Feb. 15,, 1734:: Wife Hannah,, A53,, passes in Haverhill,, Mass. She is buried in the Pentucket Yard at Haverhill.
Xxxxxx,, 1734:: James,, A55,, marries Frances Hoyt,, A62,, at Amesbury and Reading,, Mass. He has already been widowed twice,, firstly by Hepsibah Swain,, in 1723 and secondly by Hannah Dane,, this past year. Frances has also been widowed twice previously,, by Nathaniel Peabody,, in 1715 and Samuel Shackford,, in 1731.
Dec.09,, 1744:: James,, A65,, dies. He is buried at the Pentucket Cemetery,, Haverhill,, Mass.,, beside 2nd wife Hannah. His grave is immediately on the right of the entrance,, on the north bank of the Merrimack River.
Sept. 24,, 1746:: Mrs. Frances Pearson,, A74,, of Haverhill,, again marries,, to John Johnson. She passes at Andover,, Mass. in 1748.
