CORTLAND - Services will be held on Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at Christ Our Savior Parish/St. Nicholas Church, both in Struthers for Carol A. Carducci, 67, formerly of Struthers, who passed away Monday morning at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center in Youngstown.
Carol was born on Dec. 25, 1944, in Struthers, a daughter of John J. and Georgiana Battista Minghetti.
She lived most of her life in Struthers, was a secretary for Atty. Michael Clemente and worked in retail at Hornes, Dillards and Penney’s. Most recently, she worked and retired from a Rehab Network as a secretary. She was a member of Christ Our Savior Parish/St. Nicholas Church.
Carol married Richard P. Carducci on Feb. 6, 1965, and he passed away on Jan. 27, 1985.
She leaves one son, Richard P. (Carolyn) Carducci of Portland, Ind.; one daughter, Diana (Robert) Cunningham of Cortland; four sisters, Frances (John) Baumann of Oberlin, Marion (James) Calpin of Canfield, Margaret (John Polanski) Minghetti of Mineral Ridge, and Nancy Minghetti of Baltimore; four grandchildren, Jessica, Richard III and Kenneth Carducci and Zachary Cunningham.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and two grandchildren, Brandon and Madison Cunningham
