Caroline Elizabeth Lightner

There are claims that Caroline may have been the daughter of James Madison Siple and Isabella Wilson. It would appear that Isabella died not long after childbirth, and this may be the reason why Caroline is later listed as living in the household of George Washington Siple and Hannah Rebecca Warwick. In the Census viewed, it does not state that she is a daughter of George and Hannah. Perhaps another researcher has more information on this family situation.
