Was born in the year 1692 in Germany. Came to America on the William & Sarah September, 1727. Leader of the colonists was the Rev. George Michael Weiss. He landed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Settled in Maxatawny Township. Married Gertrude Kemp 1727. They reared 6 children. He served during the Revolutionary War. Died October 5, 1788 - 96 years old
